Teleperformance in the UK is one of 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces™ in the 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces list (Super Large category), as published by Great Place to Work® UK. Teleperformance placed 26th on the list. According to an external press release, Teleperformance in the UK is among the 183 UK-based organizations recognized by its employees as an organization that promotes a healthy workplace culture through trust, pride, and camaraderie during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rankings are determined through a thorough employee survey administered by Great Place to Work®, representing 3/4 of an organization’s final score. The remaining quarter of the score comes from the Culture Audit®, which is a business-driven questionnaire that assesses and evaluates companies based on these drivers: HR and leadership practices, policies, and culture.

- 92% of colleagues would agree that Teleperformance in the UK’s customers would rate the services and products we deliver as “excellent"
