Day 1 at LIF2020: A Futuristic Digital Experience that Examines the Future of CX and BPOs

These terms distill, in the simplest terms, the energy felt during today’s kick-off of the Teleperformance 2020 Leader Insights Forum (#LIF2020).

This year’s sixth edition of the Forum – our first ever virtual LIF -- opened with a high-tech, aerial approach -- transporting our guests into a futuristic world. As they descended into our virtual conference center on our digital TP Island, they were greeted by an interactive, 360- degree exhibit hall where they could access a variety of topic and solution-focused content before entering the theater for our live keynote. As you can see, this a not just another series of two-dimensional online events. That’s just not our style.
